My name is Pauline, most call me P and very few still call me Potts. Potts is a family nick name that holds a lot of history for me and one that I will always cherish. I was born and raised in Scarborough by my Filipino immigrant parents that came to Canada in the late 70s. I still live in Toronto’s east end, upper beaches and started Pottiseco on mat leave in my tiny basement. I’m a proud mother to 2 little nuggets, Lucas & Brooke. Aside from my day duties (which takes most out of me), I like to hunt down fabric. Specifically, deadstock, vintage or any fabric that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill. I’ve been sewing for a few years now and currently putting my energy and focus on upcycling and repurposing what we already have.

Fabric is carefully selected by quality and whatever is pleasing to the eye. Everything is intricately handmade in Toronto. Hoping each piece resonates and defines us in a special way, as we are all one of a kind.
